I fished a couple of different locations from Fallasburg Co. Park to downstream a ways. 

Time: 3pm- 5pm

Weather: 60’s and clear

Water: Clear and flowing at pretty normal depths.

Type of Equipment:
4wt flyrod with streamers, wooly buggers, and elk hair caddis flies.

First, Fallasburg is a beautiful park, and with waders, I could have probably found some fish.  However, with it being less than a foot deep it was difficult fishing from shore with my equipment.  Down towards the covered bridge the water becomes more muddy and still.  There was definitely some small mouth action on the surface, however, I, nor any of the other anglers there were connecting with any fish.

I fished down stream from there, and again, surface action, but no hook ups.
