Fished the Holland Pier (Holland State Park) between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

No fish, despite the presence of a few smelt, alewives were absent as well.

Used spawn bags at the bottom, as well as ran spoons with these patterns.

Water temp was 54 degrees.
Air was in the 60s,
Strong wind and as such, the water was really choppy (when I first got out there, there were red flags up in the State Park).
I am going to try and get out there this afternoon for a bit, we will see if there are any skamania in, or if I can find some resident brown or rainbow trout.
